very very sad... our season has ended but i'm sure i'll still update the vball page... there r more pics coming from various activities as the team sleepover... oh i miss u guys already, but it's not like i won't see u in school or i'll completely ignore u now... but we def good hang out more and keep it goin :)

 

ok my b i haven't updated this in a couple weeks... it's been kinda busy with whatever shit...  anyway senior nite was great guys. i'm gonna miss u this much -------------------------------------------------- times a million, trillion when it ends... everyone made this season soo awesome.  i can honestly say this has been the best vball season.... *tear* thanx for the cards and flowers... yea and now we're looking forward to the tournament.  luckily we got a home game mmhmmm against everett, so it's gonna be off the hook... we gonna dominate lex cuz u know y cuz we gonna BRING IT.... oh and thanx everyone for coming to the all-star game to support ashley and me... it was awesome hearing u guys cheer... anyway it's been an unforgetable season so far lets take it to the max and kick everyone's ass in the tournament...HELL YEA

 

unfortunatedly we saw our 6 game winning streak come to a close on friday but that was just a bad game... reflecting on the rest of the week, on wed we had a lot of fun playing reading at their gym with their obnoxious lights... i dont remember much of tuesdays game 'cept we made $20 after the game selling candy to north reading

 

well, yet again i am ranting to myself this sunday afternoon... but if you do read my mindless updates then that's great.  well great week lex, went 3-0, beat lynnfield, and qualified for states way to do it early, now it's just how we're seeded.  the game vs. lynnfield was intense and if you were there then u know what i mean fo' real yo.  this week lets kick some reading and north reading ass and get revenge on stoneham. oh thanx for coning and tping our house underclassmen watch yo back biziatches

 

Alright this is the turning point to our season.  we will have success from here on out till the state finals :-)  We might have lost one to masco, but this week we can have revenge on lynnfield... so get tough, pumped, and physced ..ARGGGGG.... and our win against north andover felt good so let's keep that and bring it when lynnfield steps in our house

 

well, we pulled out the week with 2 wins and 1 loss.  But one win was ANDOVER!!!! IN 2 GAMES, AT THEIR GYM... our senior year!!!! ahhhhhhh....but our game against lynnfield was quite bad and we won't do that again in fact lets forget all about it

 

Alright we dropped one this week against Stoneham, but they ain't gonna do that again, so we gonna pick it up... Andover on Monday Leave it on the floor Lex

 

Good first week so far lex.... team spirit has been brought'n so we gotta step up with cra-azy ideas

 

Thanx for coming to our game kayla, lindsay, laura and other friends... oh yeah we had fans

 

     It was a pleasant Monday outside, but inside the high school gym, a rumble was stirring.  As the visiting team sporting blue and yellow strolled into the brightly lit gym with a rock wall on the left and the bleachers on the right, the home team dressed in the same school colors watched disdainfully.  The visiting team had drove far from the confines of a dirty, grimy fieldhouse to a shiny, clean gym.  Thirsty for a win that had never occurred, the visiting team scoped out the taller competition. 

     The junior varsity was to play first, followed by the eager and focused underdogs.  Unfortunately, the game was quick and a loss was spiked to the large wide-eyed freshmen of the team.  Next, the varsity sought revenge on the 0-15 and 3-15 losses that were past.  The warm-up was better than usual but still a little quiet and lethargic, which worried the caring captains immensely.  Both teams captains converged at the centerline before the referees and for the fifth time in a row the coin toss was lost and the adroitly home team got the serve.

     The game started in a slothful manner, the visiting team needed a kick in the ass to get going.  Well something kicked their ass or some spark mended the chains of the team so they were working as one.  Soon the deficit of 7 was cut to 5, 2, then it was tied at 15.  The continual exchange of a few points to either side kept the first game to an arm twisting, tongue tying nervous extravaganza.  The ball was battered from one side to the other by passes, sets, hits, and kills.  Both teams were relentless, if one threw down a spike, the other would dig it; if one blocked, the other the ball somehow did not contact the wooden floor.  The desire of the visiting team shown through and they broke away at the 28^th point to capture the win!

    All was excited, but all must be calm for one more game was need for the win.  The coaches spoke wisely to kept our heads in the game and focus.  The energy level had reached an ultimate high with the excited players.  Unfortunately again the visiting underdogs fell in the first two points, but this time they were quickly resilient and jumped to a 5 point lead.  But the score would become close in double digits and the exchange of points would continue as it did in the first.  The fight was just as intense with no hitter on either side letting up and no one letting a ball fall with out going on the floor.  Eventually from the rapid exchange of the teams, the one sporting the yellow Asics shirt had won.  Their energy level quickly surpassed the peak to a new ecstasy.  The visiting team jumped excitingly, cheered loudly, and soaked up the victory high like a sponge*.  Sweat, blood, and heart was left on the floor, the team with more desire emerged winners in the battle on the 18*9 meter court.  Revenge was won for all the players that passed through Lex, we won against Andover.

We will be unstoppable when we play our game, so lets go and take our wins
